My name is Daniel ‘Dani’ Wohl. I'm originally from Meran in South Tyrol (Northern Italy) and after 6 years studying in Vienna and 7 years in Peru, I found my way to beautiful Switzerland in 2013.

It all began 3 years ago when I started to familiarise myself with the method with occasional ice baths and breathing exercises. I soon experienced the many benefits for myself and from then on made the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof method (breathing, cold exposure & mindset) an integral part of my everyday life. I became very passionate and hardly a break at work or a chat with friends went by without me talking about my latest ice bath experiences or breathing sessions.

In my search for a complementary activity with purpose that would allow me to give something back to my community, the realisation came to me in mid-2023: training to become a Wim Hof Instructor would allow me to bring this method and all its benefits to other people with passion and dedication!

The training in Poland with 45 wonderful souls from all over the world was an unforgettable experience. So many of these future ambassadors of the method had achieved profound positive changes in their lives. The ‘fire in me’ was now definitely lit!
The Wim Hof Method®
The Wim Hof Method® is based on 3 pillars and helps you to become healthier, happier and stronger!

Breathing
The first pillar of the Wim Hof Method® is breathing. We breathe all the time, but we are usually unaware of its enormous potential. An increased oxygen content harbours a multitude of benefits, and the special breathing technique of the Wim Hof Method® brings them all to light: more energy, less stress and an increased immune response that quickly combats pathogens.

Cold therapy
The cold is your warm friend and the second pillar of the Wim Hof Method®. Proper exposure to cold sets in motion a cascade of health benefits, including the build-up of brown adipose tissue and the resulting fat loss, the reduction of inflammation that favours a strengthened immune system, balanced hormone levels, improved sleep quality and the production of endorphins - the feel-good chemicals in the brain that naturally elevate mood.

Commitment & Mindset
The third pillar of the Wim Hof Method® is the foundation of the other two: Both cold exposure and conscious breathing require patience and dedication to fully achieve mastery. Armed with focus and determination, you are ready to explore and ultimately master your own body and mind.
